Meeting – 4th February 2020

Our next meeting at St Saviour’s Church Hall is on Tuesday 4th February at 8pm when we once again welcome Terry Daniels presenting ‘Made in Oldbury: Industrial History Based on Ten Objects – Part Two’.

We enjoyed Part One last year, and it is interesting to speculate on which objects he will select this time with such a wide variety of trades and manufacturers to choose from.

Terry has spent all his working life in the plastics industry in Oldbury. He is chair of Langley Local History Society and Oldbury Local History Group. Writing and lecturing on the history of the area, he has also produced a number of books.

Visitors are most welcome at all our events.

See hhfs.org.uk for details and contacts.
