In the immediate aftermath the town\u2019s leaders gathered to aid the citizens who had lost everything and then, as the urgent crisis passed, rebuilt Warwick to be one of the most modern and elegant towns in the Midlands. This talk tells the story of the fire and rebuilding of the <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">town, which specified design rules for the new buildings and a new street design for the town which we can still appreciate when visiting today. Some of the most impressive post-fire buildings still standing in the town are featured.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Visitors are most welcome at all our events.
